Day 16

Friday .                                                 30-11-18


As usual I reached the school by 9:10 a.m. I  went to the staff room to meet my teacher concerned.she told me to complete the chapter and stopped revision as soon as possible. And she is suggested me to proceed the chapter and start revision concurrently and she gave me some question paper. On the third period I went to 8 c and took "The school for sympathy".I told the students about the revision and ask them to come prepared by revising the first three chapters of the first unit by Monday. At 12:30 p.m. we went for noon feeding.After the lunch break on 6 period I went for substitution on 7 A. At 3:30 p.m. I went to the office to sign my attendance and at 3:45 i left the school.

                                Day 15
 Thursday.                                          29-11-18

 
  Iris the school by 9:15 a.m. I went to meet my concerned teacher. I got my lesson plan signed. Today Anuja teacher came for observation for other teacher trainees.At 12:30 p.m we went for noon feeding.After the lunch break on 5th period I took class on 8C. I continued the chapter 'The school for sympathy"
The students were very responsive today.Before concluding the class I gave them some assignment. On 8th period I went for substitution class on 8 B. At 3:30 p.m. went to the office room to sign my attendance and by 3:45 p.m. I left the school.

                                    Day  14

Wednesday .                                  28-11-2018

                     I reached the school by 9 a.m. Prashant sir , our optional teacher informed us that he will be coming today for observation and ask me to arrange class on fore noon session. Sir reached the school by 9:30 a.m and went for observation for the trainees on the first and second period. On the third period he came to observe my class. I took the chapter "The school for sympathy" on 8 C. After the  class he gave me a detailed review of my class. And gave me some instructions to be followed. After observing my class he left the school. At 12:30 p.m. we went for noon feeding. After the lunch break on the 7 period I went for substitution class on 5 C. At 3:30 p.m. I went to the office to sign my attendance. After that I left the school by 3:50 p.m.

                                    DAY 13

Tuesday .                                               27-11-2018

   
                   As usual I reached the school at 9:10 a.m. and signed the attendance register . During the second period I went for a substitution class in 7 C. On the third period I went to 8 c and I taught the students about
phrasal verbs. I gave them a list of phrasal verbs using 7 verbs and their meanings. Then i told the students to write two sentence using each verbs. The answers are then presented in the classroom.  then the students were asked to find the subject ,object and possessive forms of several pronouns. And then a list of pronouns and their various forms were provided for them. After the class there was no afternoon session as school authority had arranged a general PTA meeting.We were in the school till 3:30 p.m. and left the school after signing the attendance.

                                    Day  12
Monday.                                                  26-11-18

                  I reached the school at 9:00 AM and signed the attendance register. After the morning assembly I went to see my teacher concerned and she asked me continue the activity of "The nightingale and the rose". At 12:30 p.m. i went to the noon feeding ,after that ,on the fifth period I went for substitution on 7 A. On that day I went to 8 C.This day I thought them about speech and divided the class into 4 groups and asked them  to prepare a speech mourning the death of the nightingale. After that each of the group presented their speech

.Then I asked them to complete a passage given in the text by filling it with appropriate article. The answers where then read aloud by the students. After the class at 3:30 pm I went to the office room to sign my attendance . At 3:50 p.m. i left the school.

                                   Day 11
Saturday .                                     24-11-2018


                 As this Saturday was a working day I reached the school as usual and signed the attendance register.As we were asked to go to the college to sign our CE marks list ,I asked permission from the school principal and went to our college. After signing the CE marklist I came back to the school at lunch break.On the 6th period on 8C I continued with the activities from "The nightingale and the rose" as instructed by my teacher concerned. This day I ask them to create a poster and write a letter. Their products were then presented before the whole class. After the class at 3:30 p.m. , i went to the office to sign my attendance and then I left the school by 3:50 p.m.

                                      Day 10
 Friday .                                               23-11-2018


            As usual i signed my attendance at 9:15 a.m. and went the staff room and met my teacher concerned.After discussing about activities to be done and strategies to be adopted I left the staff room  from and made  for my seat. I went for substitution class 9 A students to present a role play. On the 4th period I went to take class 8 C,
in the session the students were thought to classify and musical instrument into string wind and percussion. And also they were asked pair words as  synonyms from a list of words. Then the students were asked to fill a chart showing character traits of the Student, professes daughter and the nightingale .at 3:30 p.m. to the office to sign the attendance register and after that I left to school by 3:45 pm.

            

                                    Day 9

Thursday.                                           22-11-18


         Today sprouted out with a positive vibe as the prayer song expounded about the merits of divinity and hope. I went to see my concerned teacher and she ask me to complete the activities of the previous chapter ''The nightingale and rose". In fifth period I asked the students to complete the activity after giving some instructions along with the summary of the story. They were divided into four groups and they worked collaboratively. At 3:30 p.m. I went to the office and signed the attendance register. After that I left the school by 3:45 p.m.

                                   Day 8

Wednesday .                             21-11-18

 
                   Today I reached the school by 9:15 a.m. I  went to see my concerned teacher after signing my attendance. Today I have 5th period so until v hour I decided to do some data collection for my project.I went to the library and collected some information. At 12:30 I went for noon feeding. After the lunch break I went to take class on 8 C. I was able to complete lesson plan 7. At 3:30 p.m. I went to the office to sign my accidents and after that I left the school by 3:45 p.m.

 Monday.                                                  19-11-18


              today I reached the school at 9:10 a.m and signed the attendance register.During the 4th period I went for a substitution in 7C.Then I went to meet my concerned teacher ..At 12:30 p.m. I went for noon  feeding and after lunch break ,I started doing some routine work. On the 8th period I went to 8 C and took class. I was able to complete lesson plans 6 .At 3:30 p.m., I went to the office to sign the attendance register and after that I left the school by 3:45 p.m.

                                Day 6
 Friday.                                                        16-11-18


                       Today i reached the school at 9:20 am and signed the attendance register.Then i went to meet Rugmini teacher in order to sign my lesson plan.I got my lesson plan signed and after that i went to the place where we were stationed.Then on the fourth period i went to take my class.I completed lesson plan 5 on 8C .After that on 12:30 pm we went for noon feeding. After the lunch break i started doing some note corrections and correction of assignments i had given the students the previous day. At 3:30 pm i went to the office to sign the attendance register and after meeting with my concerned teacher i left the school by 3:45 pm.

                                Day 5
 Thursday.                                              15-11-18


                Today  i reached the school at 9:10 am and signed my attendance register. I went for substitution in 5the standard on the second period. At 12:30 pm we went for noon feeding .After lunch break i went to take class in 8c on the fifth period .Today's class was satisfactory as i took the class time bound .I completed lesson plan 4 and gave assignments to the students. At 3:30 on we went to the office and signed the attendance register and after the national anthem we left the school.

                                  Day 4
Wednesday.                                 14-11-18


               Today was children's day. So there was a special assembly in the morning.Principal delivered an engaging and motivating speech.And children shared with us some information about Jawaharlal Nehru.After the assembly  we went for the placed assigned for us .At 12:30 we went for noon feeding. There was dessert along with meal  as today was Childrens day. On the 5th hour i took class in 8C and completed my lesson plan 3. At 3:30  pm I went to the office to sign my attendance .After the national anthem i left the school.

     
                                  DAY 3

TUESDAY.                                            13-11-18
   
               
             Today i reached the school at 9:10 am and signed the attendance regiser. Then i went to the staff room to meet my teacher.  I saw her and gave her the result of diagnostic test i conducted.Then she signed my lesson plan . At 12:30 pm we went for noon feeding after the lunch break. In the seventh hour i went to take class in 8 c .I distributed the answer sheet.After that i took class.I was able to complete lesson plan 2 .At 3:30 pm we went to office room and signed the attendance register.At 3:44 pm after National Anthem we left the school.

Day 2 

   Monday.                                             12-11-18 

•           I reached the school at 9:05 am and  signed the attendance register.During the second period i went for a substitution in 5A. Then i went to meet Rugmini teacher on the first interval to get approval of the question paper i prepared for conducting diagnostic test. At 12:30 pm i went for noon feeding and after lunch break i started doing some routine works. On the 8th period i went to 8C and used the period to conducted  pre diagnostic test.At 3:30 pm we went to the office and signed the attendance register .After National Anthem we left the school at 3:45 pm.

                                   
                    Teaching practice Phase II

                                    Day 1
Friday.                                                           9-11-18


                                   Today was the first day of phase ll teaching practice in Govt.G.H.S.S kanyakulangara. Today  I reached school by 9:20 AM .I signed the attendance register after that i went to the place where teacher trainees were stationed.I joined them.Then i went to meet Rugmini teacher on the first interval .After that on the fourth period i took class on 8C .I was able to complete lesson plan I. The students were very responsive but i have to race against time.I would concentrate to spend time more judiciously and also to organize activities so as to contain it with in allotted time.
